Well, since this glorious season is coming to a close, I thought it’d be nice for me to upload some
terribledoodles I’ve made these past few weeks!I hate uploading unfinished things but I felt it was a necisary move. I hate being so busy with school and crap…
Anyway, there’s a doodle for every episode that has given so far (9 pictures), all drawn the day an episode gave (or reasonably close to it). I never uploaded them and the others because I really like uploading finished things! But I guess it doesn’t really matter anymore haha.
Some episodes have more doodles than the others, but I only chose one picture per episode to upload.
Anyway, here they areeee:

Superjail podcast interview highlights
Season 4:
- They’ve thought of bringing back Cancer in some way. Stephen Warbrick says she’s one of his favorites, so he tries to put her in where he can.
- Christy Karacas has had an idea about bringing Combaticus back too.
- In another season, we could get more stories with the characters they’ve yet to get into. The middle eastern inmate is named for one example, and possibly more Gary.
- They’ve discussed the origin of Superjail, but feel like they shouldn’t reveal too much.
- If it happens, there might be a little more of the past of Superjail.
The inmates, Doctor, and Twins:
- Ever wondered who voices the Doctor? It’s finally confirmed. Chris McCulloch voices that guy and a bunch of the inmates: Paul, Nicky, Ash, and that middle-eastern guy that smokes.
- Karacas feels like they should have had “more of the Doctor and Twins” in this season. He says they always like to add the Twins somewhere, even as a small cameo.
- Nicky and Ash were originally intended to just be one-shot characters, but were interesting enough to be brought back. The middle-eastern inmate gradually evolved from a background character.
- The Twins were originally going to be the antagonists for the Warden, but evolved to become more like guys who just didn’t care and were more into having fun. Stingray has pretty much taken over the antagonist role for the Warden.
- The Trouble with Triples’ ending: They found the“WTF IS THIS?” “NO TWINS?” reactions funny considering that Superjail gets damaged every episode and no one thinks anything more. There’s an offhand comment about how there “may be a story after they (the Twins) left” or that it’ll just never get mentioned again at all.
Miscellaneous things:
- There was some talk of “The Trouble with Triples”being the finale at one point.
- “Burn Stoolie Burn” was actually one of the first few episode scripts, but got pushed back in production and became the last.
- There were things about season 2 that bugged Karacas, but he sees it as a learning experience.
- There were a lot of ideas that didn’t get used in the process of writing the original “Combaticus” episode. One scrapped idea had him being like the lead from Powder, seen as a freak by the inmates and seemingly a wimp until he’d fight.

JACKKNIFE FAMILY PORTRAIT
…I actually drew this a couple weeks ago, right after Oedipus Mess aired. I got to thinking “I wonder if who Jackknife knocked up during the Ultraprison stint was LADY Jackknife? AHAHAHAH…wait. FAMILY PORTRAIT. I MUST DRAW IT!”This one was SO FUN and came SO EASY and was SUPER QUICK (by my standards at least lol). Nothin’ fancy, just penciled and inked it with good ol’ sharpie fineliner, colored in with a sorta wack yet useful pentel semi-fine marker set. Scanned (YES I HAVE A SCANNER NOW OMG) touched up in PS and added an ornate frame for that CLASSY TOUCH.
